nice breakdown. Just maybe FDA will allow us to hopscotch over phase 3 like NP said is possible. I went back over a couple of Patterson interviews. He is really excited not only about patients walking out of the hospital after exhausting all other possibilities and facing the one way street as he called it. The multiple attack of Leronlimab is nothing short of phenomenal and has wide implications for the future. In a few instances he wanted to say more but hesitated. I think he is safe guarding some of his findings since now everyone is excited about his Rantes findings. The data may well warrant skipping past #3. A friendly FDA is another story though.
1. Having Remdesivir alongside Lenzilumab.. Compared to Remdesivir alone.. SHOULD send Remdesivir back to Fauci’s basement once and for all.. Remdesivir has a Safety profile.. that NO ONE would touch with a 10 foot barge pole.. including CYDY..The results of the combination arm will be skewed due to the Renal / Liver complications they’ll experience..
2. My concern on our Phase2.. Mild / Moderate and Phase 2b / 3 Severe to Critical Study is.. What was the Standard of Care given..?? Were Antibiotics given for Sepsis / Pneumonia..if so Which ones..?? Azithromycin..?? Rocephin..?? Vancomycin for Staph ..?? Were IV Steroids given..?? Were all sites advised to use the same standard of care or did it vary from institution to institution..?? Bacterial Pneumonia superimposed on ARDS can have very different pathogens .. depending upon your Geographical Location..Were Intubated patient’s treated by Critical Care / Pulmonologists / Principal investigator.. The difference in outcomes is enormous.. However I’m comforted by the knowledge that the patient’s on the Leronlimab arm would have received the same Rx..!!!
No doubt in my mind Leronlimab..IS the answer.. However these questions above are giving me sleepless nights..
