I've actually been following it for about half a year. Very low float, outstanding shares are low and high volatility can lead to large run-ups. The real question is why hasn't it had a big run-up recently. Since it's a China based company, any bad news about China seems to affect the stock in a negative way. It's primed to run again soon imo.
