Never use trailing data for assessment of high growth or in intels case high regression cases. Institutions price things in years before the numbers make sense to the plebs. They know more than most people so usually such a low PE in a flashy sector is a giant red flag. Tech shifts rapidly and there are a lot of institutions that are holding the intel bag right now.
Not saying it’s not setup for technical bounce, it is I agree and those calls will print imo. But study the dynamics of the business and 2-5years jmo intc ~10$ a share. I just don’t like trading garbage companies with garbage management. Technical bounces can and have been used to unload massive positions. They have to step off the gas to bring in buyers so it’s certainly not a bad trade. Just not an investment imo.
