I doubt that Lazar even knew about all the TRRC issues when he filed that petition.. PDGO isn't worth even close to what they owe Texas and lousiana to any merger candidate. And then there are the many toxic lenders Vince sold out to in his last days when he knew he was dying soon.

Vince had a partner that stayed under the radar. After Vince died he allowed over a billion shares to convert and be dump into the market. There have been several pumps here to unload those converted shares.
