# 2 ) it’s even more utterly moronic to bother

with a reverse merger through an otc spac,

do a 1-1000 reverse split and the go dead

quiet for months after the fact.....(Idad)

Ps.... crged and srdp both benefited from the

red hot bitcoin price after reverse splits... it will

be real tough for other industries to do well

post reverse split, although it has been done by

other lazar tickers
