Hey fsshon, I know there was no official announcement about the shares but that's because it's an AUTOMATIC - in public arena it goes without saying whether it's little ole LVGI or Boeing when shares of that nature are part and parcel of a deal they are NEVER issued prior2 that's SOP, Standard Operating Procedure .... additionally, issuance of that number of shares would qualify as a Material Change under SEC M and A Rules and Regs therefore requiring LVGI to call a board meeting, pass a resolution, file paperwork and minutes of the board meeting with the state of NV AS WELL AS make a public announcement for the benefit of the share holders, etc., etc. .... SINCE none of that took place and coupled with my 30yrs experience in the business it is safe to say the shares were either never issued or they were canceled, just common sense IMHO.
As for the comment about the A/S possibly being raised to A BILLION .... I AGREE WITH YOU 100% !!! WHY NOT 500 MILLION ??? I PERSONALLY DO NOT SEE ANY POINT IN MAKING A SPECULATIVE STATEMENT SUCH AS THAT .... zeke
