To be fair, most colleges have been using online teaching so there are no students on campus, and the students on campus make up the bulk of QTMM's leading employees.

At a minimum. The definition is set by the exchange, NASDAQ and NYSE are not an employee for 3 years if I remember right. I don't think the OTC has a time requirement. Of course, on the pinks, it probably doesn't matter at all.

well you need a majority of independent directors if you are listed on the NASDAQ, but QMC is a long way from that.
