Not saying it did not break down...but your wrong on the RS as the reason...its short selling that is causing the crash... the 8-K came out way before the run up and no one paid any attention to it...then it ran and they beat it down and defeated the cover that would have been required... so it becomes up to the company to either combat the shorts or simply give into them
