Never good to see a lawsuit arise. Not sure what the breach of fiduciary duty is about , but will call this morning and find out. Wonder if it’s anything to do with our CEO using company money to pay of his gambling debts. No idea, but surprised to see this and not happy . Maybe it get thrown out and is invalid. Sure hope so
