Yes. I too feel mis-led by the company about this.. While the Common Stockholders of GPAQ got exchanged with 1.42 HOFV Common shares in the Merger event, the GPAQ warrants did not get 1.42 HOFV warrants. I find that inexplicable! It was mis-leading at best. I guess your only reasonable consolation as a warrant holder is the leverage you get now with the HOFVW warrants.

IMO, I guess the only other option we have (to avoid any other 'sneaky' things that may happen with warrants, I hope not!) is to sell the warrants and buy up HOFV, as it is still at a low PPS, IF your long-term investment thesis is there will be decent appreciation in the PPS from here...
