A more flurry of news as BOD,
Share reductions,revenues,profits,Buyers accumulating cheap stock.So MMs need to cover as soon as Market opens,or they will lose all profits they had from the high .07 all the way down to .004, and on top of that lose money out of their pockets.
Let us get it on.Time has arrived.
8)GBDX,Hit link to see the over 45 million Short.That was fellows tradars two weeks ago.That is why I believe that is more than 55 million now.I bet yesterday alone they shorted over 13 million more,as they got caught on surprised news,they had to short like crazy to keep the price down.

Scoop; I talked to the transfer agent this week. They said that they already had an order to cancel about 200m shares of common but were just waiting for the certs to be delivered. That means that todays PR is only the first chunk of shares to be retired. So...there will be more just as soon as the certs come in.


Outstanding share count is now 376,674,517

Decrease from 465,544,517 is a difference of 88,870,000

The correct number is 975,000,000, which was reduced from seven billion as per the company's announcement December 5, 2006. Also, the share count of 88,000,000 was mistakenly stated as 88,000,000 million. The underlying issue of the 88,000,000 share reduction is correct, and the new Outstanding Share count will be 376,674,517.

Management will continue to update its shareholders on the second diamond shipment and further reductions in common stock throughout the holiday season
