The mobile navigation idea was originally presented to Microsoft back in 2004 by a company named Neomedia Technologies. Robert Scoble was given a presentation. You can Google it to find out more.

They own the idea/patents to link direct to content with your mobile device. A one click to content application by snapping a pic of a 1D, 2D (QR, data matrix, smartcode however you want to say it), UPC, keyword, logo, trademark, slogan, billboard, and get a coupon, find information about product, get instructions, get a bus schedule, watch a movie trailer, go directly to that products page, find the nearest location, play a game.

Why didn't Microsoft sign agreements when they were face to face back in 2004.

Now the only thing that could be left is letting the court system handle it like Mircosoft is so famous for. PATENT INFRINGEMENT.

Why take the long road. This only delays a product from being accepted by the masses that could be the next Google like product for the public.

Qode could change everyone's life. How are the BRANDS going to get to their client base. A permisssion based platform to get their product to the consumer.

Oh, by the way, Neomedia did license the old cue cat idea from Digital Congergence and modified it to todays way of mobility.

Another piece of information is that Neomedia is pushing litigation to prove their patents against Scanbuy. Why would Mircosoft look at a company that brings no leverage to the table. Just like Scanbuy it must be Microsoft's way to bully their way over other companies ideas and patents.

Waiting on approval

Our Super Company is a joke. 7 cents share price. No cash. No follow-up of announcements. No cash vales on deals. Little mention and recognition of NEOM on blogs or in the press. Deals falling apart or unresolved. CEO leaves in disgrace...etc etc etc with no insider buying at these price levels.
It's about time that management arranged a major magazine article in a Mobile publication.
