Thank you for clarifying. My deepest apologies for misremembering posts from 2011.

All of that being said does not change the underlying premise / facts that there were prospects that went to Offor instead of ERHE, and that was the point of this whole exercise.

Where did you obtain this info, I don't recall seeing it in the SEC filings
