Fsshon, I'm surprised at you ... the "preferred shares" you referenced were NEVER ISSUED and had they been they would have been CANCELED for non-performance before a single share could be sold !! As for Joe SPECULATING out loud about raising the AS that's ALL it was, SPECULATING down the road that he MAY need more shares for FUTURE LARGER ACQUISITION TARGETS and were it to come to pass it would be done in ORDERLY TRAUNCHS WITH PROPER DISCLOSURE SINCE IT WOULD QUALIFY AS A MATERIAL CHANGE -- CHECK WITH NV A/S REMAINS AT 14.5 MILLION ...... and lastly fsshon while I agree with the protocol of announcing revenues to backup the R/S it simply could NOT be done in this instance due to the logistics of the deal BUT NOT2 WORRY YOU WILL GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ALEBIT A LITTLE LATER AND A LITTLE OUT OF THE ORDINARY ORDER OF THINGS !!!! zeke
