I do believe it’s the C1 produced vaccine. Look at the message of and the reaction of Naftali Bennet (https://www.facebook.com/396697410351933/posts/, July 23 and the reaction of Yoav Kisch (deputy Health Minister) on Twitter. The Health Ministry suggests they need to do more toxicology tests and they could start human trials in October. This could very well be because C1 is used and they want to follow FDA guidelines, as the visit of the Ambassador suggests.
