At this point, that looks like wishful thinking.

If Seamus really cared about shareholders and adding value then he would have allowed SP to go up some and did RS to get back to NASDAQ.

Unless some miracle happens this week, it doesn't appear like that's going to be the case. We'll know very shortly.
