I think we heard this same thing a month ago, over a billion shares moved. PPS did not move. Will be tough to get upward movement with the large amount of outstanding shares and NO company information. But you could be right? Is it worth trying to start a run?????? Doubt it, last month it ended pretty badly for those that bought over a billion shares.
