Just Googled "where can I buy Nicosan" Interesting results, worth reviewing.

For one thing I did not realize Alembic is a mfg. and distrib. of grugs in Asia and Africa and is based in INDIA,where Dr. Pandey is headed...HMMMMM

Perhaps a deal in the works to give Alembic preferences and dist. rights in exchange for restructuring of loan.

XKEM certainly does not have the capital to build a dist. network in house. A strategic relationship here sounds like it suits XKEM and Alembic very well.
