Nothing Scary about it. As the largest shareholder (over 2.1B shares), he has every right to do what he did and share with other shareholders while not jeopardizing his NDA.
With the foundation he started and is running, he cannot be an officer with the company...IMO
Mr. Hall is VERY WELL CONNECTED in Peru. When this Covid BS passes and based on my DD, I'm pretty confident that more progress will be made to everyone's surprise.
The company is pushing to start extracting the Ore in hopes of the Covid Shutdown in Peru will be lifted soon. Until then, China continues to pilferage what they can through the ports. Food for thought there!!!
