You Might want to read the late evening docket update. July 29th is the bid submittal deadline for buyers

The 5th extension was approved by the court.

This stock hit 099 on Alpine agreeing to $192 milly with oil at $18, hence why they pulled out and paid a $22 milly fee (approved by the court).

Now, Oil has more than doubled, I wonder what the asking price is low? $350 milly??

This of course assuming there are bidders who want to buy AREXQ or The Wilks Bros. will decide to emerge from BK in tact.

There are a lot worse off distressed energy company’s than AREX. Voluntarily filed for CH 11 protection relief due to economic COVID 19 Pandemic.
