Yes, I can also see the SD being that high, even though my gut tells me it may be a bit lower, who knows... Maybe a 2-4 or 3-4 is a reasonable. SD range with the differences you suggested to show significance or perhaps slightly lower if the SD is smaller. I think these differences are doable for Leronlimab, but a lot also depends on the unknowns that may dominate as you mentioned. Lots of speculation, but fun stuff!
