Your're conspiracy theory may be right but they do have investors to watch out for; so I do believe they have done thorough DD. But what we do know is they have a 100% success rating and they called the top.
A "Hold" rating is not a sell. I'm sure it would go to a BUY when the CYDY delivers. I think it's a reasonable rating given what's known for sure.
