Glad you posted this.....we need to get this straightened out. Looks like we (warrant holders) are somehow trying to get put on their plan B. HOFVW

Exactly... Because the prospectus said if one held 1 share of GPAQ, it would be exchanged for 1.42 shares of HOFV. That means for 1 Warrant of GPAQ (GPAQW) we should either get 1.42 warrants of HOFVW OR we should be given 1.42 shares of HOFV for $1.50 exercise price. Did anyone hold GPAQ common stock and were those shares exchanged for 1.42 of HOFV Commons?? TIA & GLTU!!!

Did you get a response from IR on Lichter's $8.09 exercise price for warrants. Was that just a deal set for him anti dilution clause etc
