When basically every OTC company’s goal is to raise capital and dilute on shareholders, is this a serious question? It’s not like these tickers care about the investor either. They would not be a public company in the OTC if they didn’t need to raise capital and hand out shares from debt. These bagholders are just littered all over Ihub from pump and dumps and dead tickers like this that get no dollar volume anymore. Someone has to at least attempt to stop the egregious stuff. They could certainly do a far better job.
