You can't be serious. It doesn't matter whether it was implemented or not. Leo was a senior manager at the time the senior team voted 'yes' and they put it out to the shareholders for a SH vote. So I would like to know what his vote was back then, and if it was 'yes', then why has he changed his tune today. History tends to repeat itself in penny land.

Also, you copy/pasted the following excerpt. Only a FOOL would believe this statement. The folks on this board don't appear to be fools to me. Everyone knows that a R/S has no material impact on the day it is executed. However, over time (usually a few months) the PPS collapses down as the company dumps and sells shares on the open market (to raise cash), hence trashing the equity of the fews shares the SH has left. An R/S is almost never a good thing in penny stock land. You know that. And the folks on this board know that. In any case, I will follow up with Leo and ask him how he voted when the last R/S was on his action item list.
