With all the info available to me, I'd value the company at $0 or less. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. I'm not a venture capitalist and have none of the skills required to be one.

Yes, they own all the IP. No debt and about $50m cash post merger.

What IP exactly do they own? What patents do they hold? What merger?
