If it was "essential", they would have bought it. But the only thing "essential" about it was if they wanted to lose bucketloads of money just like BIOAQ did.
The new owners of the plant have upgraded the plant to actually function correctly, and have their own recipe. They don't need BIOAQ at all. Not now, not ever.
BIOAQ is worthless and dead. Shareholders have lost 100% of their investment, and absolutely nothing will change that.
