NBRI shares are worthless. They have MASSIVE amounts of toxic death spiral convertible debt. At the current price, about 48 BILLION new shares can be issued at a fraction of the current trading price.

All they need is for new money to somehow think this stock has any value whatsoever and buy those shares from them.

Anything they do is to fool people into buying this worthless POS so the toxic lenders can make a buck.

Don't be fooled - NBRI has no value.
