Check your math though - a 221 mil OS at .10 is $22 mil market cap which is below book value based on what we know so far with £23 mil shareholder equity ($30 mil) from 2018. The debt is investor bonds, the first of which matures Nov this year. I asked him about the bonds, and of course he couldn't say anything yet. But all signs and the DD point to much more in the works than just their betting algorithm.
I agree with you but there is much more to this story. I am certain another entity will be revealed. Remember Draftkings was just sports book until this: “Fantasy sports company and bookmaker DraftKings to become public company. DraftKings is merging with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. and SBTech. Diamond Eagle is a special purpose acquisition company that is already publicly”. IMO
