There is NO major bummer anywhere with KBLB. The silkworm eggs will be delivered as planned, and production will begin once they hit the ground in Vietnam. The share price goes down anytime there is no news. Such times provide wonderful buying opportunities like right now. This is the time to be buying shares at such prices, as you should be doing right now. GO KBLB!

My guess... has to do with the university of Wyoming bylaws and the exclusive licensing of the gene sequences. Possibly Wyoming businesses get first crack at such deals so it was necessary to use a Wyoming address? Just a guess. Something along those lines anyway.

Not uncommon at all for businesses to be incorporated in other states for various reasons. Sometimes tax advantages. Many businesses incorporated in Nevada and Delaware for those reasons. And loads of them are addresses just like the one pictured.

Common. Not shady at all. Not nefarious. Nothing to see here.
