It is getting clearer and clearer to me that Toyota Raymond would love to buy them out. As an OEM channel distributor, they are seeing the amount of business they can add. Also, with their over a 100 patents for their ceramic separator, Toyota will benefit from them globally beyond Raymond and the Forklift battery distribution.
