A brief SUMMARY of the CONFERENCE CALL: (by TNC_Raven stocktwits)
1.) Dr. Pnina says they will announce IND SUBMISSION which will be "before the end of July" and that they are confident that FDA will approve it. After approval she said they will start ASAP with their Phase 2 trial here in the US and in Israel.
2.) CFO states they have no intention of any dilution FOR NOW since they have ample resources from the previous stock offerings and warrants that will last them at least 1 to 1.5 years. (hope its true)
3.) CEO states that they are participants in a government/institutional grant here in the US (and I think in Israel too, not sure) and she hopes that they could get some cash infusion.
4.) CEO believes current market cap of company is way too undervalued considering their pipeline of drugs in advanced stages, and believes it will GO UP SOON
5.) CEO was asked by a caller if there were any offers from other biotech/pharma companies to buy them or form partnerships since their pipeline of drugs looks very promising; she answered this one by saying a lot of really good things about their pipeline and then told the caller that "I think you know now the answer to that question"
Anyway, those are the things that were really important. I will write something about their Covid drug Piclidenoson after I finish reading some of the materials that I got from the internet.
