Well, they've said the kiln will need to be tested for a few days before being incorporated into the test plant. I suspect there’s been no progress since those pictures from months ago, which would mean another 6+ weeks for assembly. I'm not sure whose coal will be tested first, Jindal or WNP. It should be Jindal since they've been waiting for years, but they'd need to ship their coal soon. If they do, we could be getting a string of good news over the next couple of weeks that should bolster our pps ahead of what could be another round of toxic dumping in August.
