And that's the problem! You don't know who the provider is on their website which is a requirement for HIPAA compliance. They need to tell you about how and where your data will be used before they collect it. That's the law!! and EZ WEED is not in compliance with AZ law.
And the State of Arizona will be much more interested than the SEC about who is obeying their laws and who isn't.
