Actually it does matter. Many investors bought warrants pre merger and accepted the risk of losing it all should the merger not go through with the (supposed) knowledge that the strike price was being attributed to the warrants before the 1.42 multiplier. All of your cheerleading is just that at this point. I accepted this as a long term investment with the understanding of the warrant conversion.

Warrants tanked over 20% on this news. This is unacceptable and the company needs to answer for this bullshit.

you have also been talking about "intrinsic value" of the warrants all along.. So all calculations were based on 1:1.42 conversion and paying only $11.5 for 1.42 shares... not $16.33 when you exercise one warrant.. Thats THE BIG difference.
