Thanks for this! What stirs in my mind is that with all the talk about a SLOW DOWN in operations at various CRO's they seem to be running at a fast pace and they are the other CRO working on $CVM's data analysis!!!

GeorgeBailey also brought up an interesting comment about Ergo-Med in that the $12 Mil investment had a "look back" at 4x the original investment, which I was aware of. However, I somehow thought it was based on them holding those shares and awaiting a favorable event conclusion. I knew they were selling shares along the way, but thought they needed to hold those shares and would be limited to 4x the investment. The kick-back comes at the end point and they have been getting paid for services along the way and really have no risk once they are paid (by selling shares)....one way or the other.

Let's see what our short selling friends report after the close....another jump in naked shorts? As I have mentioned, they "get away" with this under the scrutiny of the SEC who really don't know what's going on....or.....really don't care!
