Pretty sure its in their "Tiny" garage - Union City, Indiana
Im pretty sure its more than one guy though..

Lordstown is seperate and its for production of the Endurance.

They are building them in their 50,000 sq. ft. plant at Loveland OH
They are using mass priduced parts coupled with their propriety controled software
