yeah, intel has for years assumed anything given to the channel would be public knowledge before the presenter left the room. it used to take a couple of weeks before the internet...

that's why they only do 2 quarters at a time.

I doubt that it is. NDAs offer hardly any protection if you don't know who it is who is leaking the information. Dozens of OEMs, ODMs, distributors and vendors have access to Intel's pricing information, and any one of them can leak it to the public. Just look at Reseller Mike. If his distributors wanted their pricing publicly available, they would make it so. But typically that kind of information is not public domain. Personally, I enjoy seeing some inside information on Ingram Micro's price list and volumes report, but I don't think they would be very happy to learn that someone is posting this information weekly on a public forum.
