I’d say he’s fighting off the banks and BOD pressuring him to dilute more for funds and he refuses to.

When the shorts hit him it makes him look bad and that his strategy isn’t working.

look at the history of HGEN, we could be looking at the same future. The BOD could opt for new leadership. He’s on a short leash. The recent lawsuit about enrichment doesn’t help.

I think you’re right about him showing stress fatigue. He’s showing highs and lows. As a ceo you can’t do that.
