It's undervalued and some institution like Goldman Sachs is loading most likely before July sales #'s and other news catalysts like tomorrow's EC6 pricing/production news. MMs accommodating them in a fixed price range.

If you want an example of a stock that's being propped up big time that will be TSLA. U.S markets are biased towards U.S stocks. I mean look at that junk NKLA with no ev truck even in production going to $65 as another example.
