Look at the form 4 that were filed on July 15 officers do not acquire stock when they know if a reverse split is coming... People simply hear it and they sell out of fear...

The twitter post I refered to was posted at 12:40 the selling started around 1 pm... throw in that the stock had hit a high to where many who owned it from the low's were up over 100% ...combine the two and you have perfect storm for selling...

Take advantage of the dip and add is what I am doing..GLTY
