and they didn't listen to the plight of shareholders past 2 years. No responses. They drove it down and also what did they do with the $5M they received? nothing to show.

The culture is still the same, ZIV wants to continue to take it out on shareholders with a RS.

How about getting managements act together? screw the RS. PR they will set up IR, a plan to bring products back to shelves, will update on developments with the cream, search for a JV partner, and sound upbeat about the MM patent.

if they do this pps will be .40 before MM patent issued. They can do it they are just being lazy. Hammer this idea home that Ziv can do something about it if he is motivated.
