The Judge is on top of this, recently setting short response deadlines for the Plaintiffs. If he did not have to deal with the lying in court issue, it would have been done already. I expect he is figuring out how he wants to address that issue, while setting time frames for settlement notification and implementation. It would surprise me if he did not file the preliminary order before this weekend.
