I agree.

Kim (the magical CEO) has a fiduciary responsibility to update shareholders on what is going on with the company. Unfortunately, he couldn't care less about shareholders and there is absolutely no transparency whatsoever with this company. All Kim cares about is himself.

I interpret the silence as we are still in the QP and noting has changed. If they do say something, then we can go from there. Folks think they know more than they do, I suspect.

If they say nothing, maybe they are still on track. That is a positive for most and a negative for others. I hope Kim lets this ride if they are still doing SEC work.
