The shares Wandi received are common restricted shares which seems like they need this to get to 1.50to get paid fairly and leaving only 2 million in the float if I'm thinking correctly so it shouldn't be anything to lock this and see 3 dollars quick. I imagine they expect more than 2 dollars for some of their shares and have financials to prove their reasoning. This one is interesting
