Yes, however assume the whale was sitting at 4.9% or something below reporting threshold, then there had to be some recent buying to push ownership to over 7%..

Ok, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Let's say this VP is just playing the game. He sees this little pinky trading at .0004 and doesn’t yet know anything about LB and whats about to take place in INQD. So he just happens to get a hunch that INQD will fly soon. The share structure (OS) was around 1.1 billion or maybe less before the May 11th press release. He buys up about 50 million shares and cost ($15-20,000) to stay under the 5% reporting limit. Boom, the news comes out and he is looking at a 1300% gain and decides it's time to buy more when it settles back down. He still has to purchase 62 million more at .0027-.0039. ($185,000). Now he tripped the switch and has to report to the SEC within 10 days. He also just advertised to everyone that he is a major shareholder of a pink sheet stock. Do the math and he still paid around $200,000. No matter how you slice and dice it, this is a very positive for INQD shareholders.

Now everyone is calling this VP, even LB! Nice to have you onboard, have I met you before? lol

I would also believe he has many friends that now want in big time!
.
I don't believe a VP like him is spending his time flipping or he would have flipped by now on the first run up. He is part of the big picture in my opinion, that’s why he increased his position 2.2% to 7.2% ownership and is here to stay!

Note: The report said he had 7.26 ownership as of July 1st. The pull back from the spike to .0078 only dropped to .0027 in June and was at .0039 on July 1st. This VP has a minimum of $200K invested, good enough to make a believer out of me!

Just my 2-cents…
