again...no one wants to touch the s-1...everyone more than willing to talk about the r/s and up list not happening...but the s-1?..silence..

if the s-1 is still a go, then so is the quiet period...maybe thats why he never put out anything?...or perhaps hasnt yet made a decision one way or the other?..

he has to stay quiet until he makes a decision one way or the other...but i would have thought he had thought this far out already and would know what he was going to do...especially given the the up list was pie in the sky to begin with...

and really so was trying to get $24 mil out of a 16 cent stock as well...

is there anyone out there who wants to stand up and say something about the s-1?...

ive already stated i think it will be amended to a much lower amount and kim will dilute...and i think it should be around $3mil...

gt apparently thinks the s-1 is still a go at $24 mil...
