Seems to me it’s up ( from $.25). If they were desperate and sold some IP and filled the coffers to keep fighting - I say good on them. You loved the story before - now they have cash to continue one way or the other. So even if they did as you suggest- you have been wrong about the direction of the share price. No? You are right we don’t know all about the Medtronic deal. You don’t either. Right?
