The scam worked so good they just can't help themselves from doing it again. They are setting the stage up again to raise money. I would say they are a little gready or the rush was so good they want more.
They ungagged the TA because they said that was one of the things they would do to become more transparent to the shareholders. It's a nice step in the right direction.
If they continue to follow through on what they say, confidence will increase slowly and the PPS will increase. We are still waiting on details of the recent concrete deal as well as other info that can come out at any time.
There are tons of questions but we're only going to get them a little at a time. IMO
