Thanks binzur nice post we need more like this ...not to be polyannish about it or in denial just that we/I need to keep an open mind about what's going on here. It's end of year tax selling for one thing ... a lot of pinkies are getting whacked. I think we know something in a short time because I know Ed knows that investors are very unhappy and I would think he is also with the pps if in fact he has a major stake here.

Well this just stinks to high heaven, IMO of course. We can spin this any way, but the fact is Hayter just scamemd us. The recent PR stating there is only 350 A/S when the fact is the filing with the Delaware SOS for the 2 billion was happening around the same time. Pure BS and I am not happy. This is fraud IMO, when a CEO PR's a certain A/S only to make a filing for over 1.7 billion more.


I think the Mods need to change the share counts and book value in the Ibox of this thread as everything is changed now.

Binzur, What do you mean the 2.02B was done for the R/M?????
